Full payment is required on all trips. Any discounts will be refunded the day the trip runs.

• ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE VERBALLY (360) 890-7470, accompanied by an email to Sudsycharters@gmail. To avoid miscommunication.
  If, for any reason, someone in your party cannot keep their reservation, please let us know within 10 Days before departure for Bottom, Salmon, Combo, and Deepwater Trips ,30 days for Halibut and 60 days for Tuna, and their payment will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel late, there is no refund unless we can get the spot(s) refilled.
• A 10% cancellation fee will be imposed on customer cancellations.
• Cancellations made after the stated time frames will forfeit the fare.
• No-shows forfeit their fare.

If your excursion must be canceled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will gladly refund your payment in full or issue a certificate for another date.
Sudsy Sport fishing is not liable for any related travel expenses, hotel costs, or other incidental losses.

We reserve the right to charge the customer’s credit card for any fees owed at the end of the customer’s trip. Prices are subject to change at any time.
